For the first 30 years of Janet's career, she led large-scale operations and built high-performing teams, culminating in a pivotal role at Tommy John. There, Janet was responsible for establishing core teams, structuring the organization, and designing a resilient global supply chain—one that remained stable even through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, years after her departure.
Over the past 8 years, Janet has focused on helping emerging brands scale and succeed. From project-based work to long-term strategic partnerships, Janet supported startups at every stage, including Negative Underwear, Line in the Sand, and Evelyn & Bobbie. Janet's ability to navigate complexity and chaos—while leveraging long-standing global relationships—has allowed her to help these brands grow sustainably and confidently.
